I. Our Profile and Background

Guangzhou TALENT Translation Services Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 as the Translation Services Department of the Guangzhou International Languages Center under the Translators’ Association of Guangdong. Our initial focus was on providing interpreting and translation services for criminal proceedings, usually involving foreigners charged with criminal offences in Guangzhou. Thereafter, upon the rapid increase in market demand, we diversified to provide language services relating to commercial (civil) law matters and also financial and business matters (especially stock transactions), and in March 2007, we incorporated our business under Chinese law in the form of a limited liability company. Sustained by our committed translators and interpreters and the legal and business teaching and research staff from several top universities, we have developed into the most professional legal and business language services provider in South China, capable of providing high quality services in about 50 languages and dialects. Our dedicated endeavors have paid off in both the public and private sectors: we have been officially designated as the language services provider by police departments, public prosecution departments, courts of law, legal aid centers and other government agencies, and also retained by many major law firms and private businesses, both Chinese and international.
