联想控股有限公司（Legend Holdings Ltd.，简称“联想控股”）1984年由中科院计算所投资20万元人民币，11名科研人员创立。2006年，联想控股综合营业额1389.47亿元人民币，总资产651.38亿元人民币，历年累计上缴税收76.16亿元人民币。

Profile of Legend
Legend Holdings Ltd. ( “Legend holdings” or “the Company”) was established in 1984 with 11 researchers and an investment of RMB 200,000 from the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2006, turnover of Legend Holdings reached RMB 138.9 billion, total assets of RMB 65.1 billion. Accumulated sales tax paid in the past totaled RMB 7.62 billion by 2006.
As a strategy-driven investment holding company, Legend Holdings adopts the parent-subsidiary governance structure composing of five business subsidiaries covering three major industries—IT, equity investment and real estate development. Meanwhile, Legend Holdings firmly seizes opportunities for business development and actively explores new orientations for industrial development. The company focus on making strategic decisions on business direction, recruiting talent, allocating resources, supervising and making performance assessments, and providing substantial support for its subsidiary companies in terms of capital, brand, management and culture, to help them become the leading companies in their industries respectively.
